Our mission

Endelea's Youth Tourism & Hospitality Masterclass is an initiative designed to create practical training opportunities for young people in East Africa while strengthening the future of the tourism and hospitality sector.

The program focuses on practical skills, professional development and real job opportunities for young people who want to build a future in tourism and hospitality.

How we operate

Each cohort consists of 25 ambitious students who are individually selected and coached throughout the training, which consists of 4 weeks classroom learning, followed by 8 weeks of field internship. Students are individually guided until their first employment.

    Developed by the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (WSHA), worldwide covering 300+ brands, over 66,000 hotels and 8 million rooms.

  • Boots on the ground

    Local NGO's assure referral of disadvantaged young people with potential, use of classrooms, recognition from government.

  • Local tourism industry

    Students are guided through supervised practical internships, connecting them to global industry excellence.
